Witch's Brew Mini Pumpkin Pies

Do you need a cute and simple dessert for your Halloween party? Boy do I have the perfect dessert for you! What is more perfect than a non-bake pumpkin pie in a cauldron! Did I mention, these are also kid friendly?

Ingredients:
(Filling)
-16 oz Pumpkin Pie Filling
-8 oz block of cream cheese
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-1/2 cup of granulated sugar
(Crust)
-1 sleeve of cinnamon gram crackers
-3 tbsp of melted butter
-3 tbsp brown sugar
*whipped cream for topping when served
Directions:
First of all, I purchased the little cauldrons at the target dollar spot, they were 3 dollars for 8 mini cauldrons. Make sure you wash them before use!
1) Crush the sleeve of gram crackers until they are almost a powder consistency. In a medium sized bowl pour in the melted butter and mix in the brown sugar. Place this mixture aside.
2) For the wet ingredients you will need either a mixer or a hand mixer. First cream the cream cheese. I beat the cream cheese for about 3 minutes in my Kitchenaid!
3) Add in the canned pumpkin and beat until well combined, making a soft looking orange puree.
4)Add in the sugar and vanilla and beat until well incorporated.
5)Grab a cauldron and add about 2 spoonfuls of the crust mixture, you can pat this down with your fingers (clean hands please)! Next place about three spoonfuls of the wet mixture over the patted down crust. It should hit about a cm below the lid.
6)Repeat Step 5 until all of the cauldrons are filled. Place the cauldrons on a cookie sheet to put in the fridge overnight to set. If you are impatient like me 2 hours should work!
7)Lastly, garnish your cauldrons with some cool whip and sprinkle the pumpkin pie spice over the whip cream. Enjoy
